Generations of my family lived in Hawaii working tirelessly in sugar cane & pineapple fields at the Del Monte Plantation. I was taught from a young age to pursue excellence in your work and to be in Aloha with each person you meet. The word Aloha is generally used for saying hello and goodbye, but it also means learning to love what another person loves. God has created and designed each of us with unique gifts and talents. I enjoy seeking out things that each person values and treasures.
At just the right time, I came to work at Abound Financial. It is so refreshing to work for a company where you have aligned goals and values. I am very ardent about helping people be wise with money, live generously, and thrive in living life abundantly. God teaches us to be in debt to no one, be diligent about saving, and enjoy the privilege of generosity with your neighbor, church, or local charity. Living life abundantly means not only to use our time, talent, and treasures to benefit our own household, but also to serve others by having the spiritual and financial freedom to give of our time, talents, and treasures.
