Kaylin Valencia, Executive Assistant

As a single mom, I have a lot of experience with being adaptable and hard-working. Growing up, my mom taught me to “lead by example” and I have carried that with me throughout my life. Knowing my girls are watching me and the choices I am making drives me to work harder and have grace with myself and others through all of life’s ins and outs.

I am excited and eager to be stepping into a new industry with the skills I bring from my vast background in working face-to-face with the people in my community.  I believe the key to positive outcomes in anything we do is embracing our differences and working together.
