Role Overview:

As a Financial Planner with us, you will:

• Service & Grow: Take an active role in expanding our Chico practice.
• Client Engagement: Lead client meetings, create financial plans, and leverage our technical systems for client management.
• Support & Mentorship: Receive ongoing mentorship and training to refine your skills and excel in your role through one-to-one coaching and continuous professional development with our team.

Qualifications:

• Must-Haves:
  • Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®) designation
  • A proactive, positive attitude aligned with our core values
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Like-to-haves (but not required):
  • Existing book of business or interest in succession planning
