Role Overview:
As a Financial Planner with us, you will:
- Service & Grow: Take an active role in expanding our Chico practice.
- Client Engagement: Lead client meetings, create financial plans, and leverage our technical systems for client management.
- Support & Mentorship: Receive ongoing mentorship and training to refine your skills and excel in your role through one-to-one coaching and continuous professional development with our team.
Qualifications:
- Must-Haves:
- Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®) designation
- A proactive, positive attitude aligned with our core values
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Like-to-haves (but not required):
- Existing book of business or interest in succession planning
